An Allentown man went to trial today on charges he defrauded exotic dancers and a Bath strip club during a four-day binge last year.
Robert Tostevin Jr., 54, filed a report with First Niagara Bank last year, saying he had been grossly overcharged at Tattletales Gentlemen’s Club. He acknowledged having spent $200 at the strip club between July 16 and 19, but the rest of the $7,400 in expenses were unauthorized use of his card, according to court records.

Police arrested the owner of a local strip club early Sunday morning after he allegedly fired shots from a handgun as officers investigated a call of an abandoned motorcycle.
Rick Andrew Childs, 45, was booked into Garfield County Detention Facility on complaints of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and public intoxication.

Police are saying a chaotic party that ended in gunshots on Tuesday likely spun out of control when alcohol and “exotic dancers” were introduced into the mix.
“Two-hundred to 300 young people, fueled – police say – by alcohol and exotic dancers, spilled out of a Renzie Park pavilion Tuesday before midnight in no mood to go home,” Police say the adults who organized the party are now under investigation.
A Winston-Salem man allegedly passed counterfeit $20 bills to strippers before he was arrested in connection with a robbery early this morning.
Lindsey Lee Robinson Jr., 24, of 2920 New Walkertown Road tipped strippers at Club Magic, 2214 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, using seven counterfeit $20 bills, according to arrest warrants.
Robinson and Anthony Harden, 26, of 2805 Stocken St., in Winston-Salem, were both arrested in connection with an alleged robbery outside the club.
